Tom built KGI the way he wished he’d driven for it: safety-first, transparent, and respectful of drivers’ time. After years as a company driver, then owner-operator, then dispatcher, he founded KGI in 2014 to move refrigerated freight the right way.
That road shaped our culture: drivers are partners, safety isn’t negotiable, and communication stays clear from set-point to POD. His focus is steady—protect people, protect product, communicate early, deliver on time—and to build long-term partnerships with shippers while treating drivers with the respect they’ve earned.
